TOGETHER ACTIVE
Thank you for raising a concern
We really appreciate you taking the time to speak up. Sharing concerns helps keep people safe, supported, and included. Our safeguarding team will review your concern carefully and respond as soon as possible.
You can use this form to tell us about anything that doesn’t feel right whether or not it is directly linked to Together Active. This might include concerns about bullying, discrimination, harassment, abuse, safety issues, or worries about your own or someone else’s mental health or wellbeing.
You may also wish to tell us about the behaviour or conduct of anyone involved in Together Active, but this is not required. If something is worrying you, even outside of our organisation, we still want you to feel able to share it. No concern is too small if something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear about it.
We want everyone to feel safe when reporting a concern. Any negative treatment towards someone for speaking up is not acceptable.
You can choose to give your name or report anonymously:
- If you share your name, our safeguarding team will support you and only share information on a need-to-know basis.
- If you report anonymously, you’ll be given a username and password so you can log back in and securely communicate with the safeguarding team. You can remain anonymous for as long as you wish.
If you later feel comfortable, you can arrange to speak directly with the safeguarding team member supporting you.
