QUEENS PARK RANGERS

Welcome to the safeguarding reporting portal for Queens Park Rangers Academy

We want to be informed about any matters of concern across the club and trust. This includes low level concerns, or maybe something that doesn’t seem quite right. No matter how trivial it is important everything is reported. We appreciate that you have decided to speak up, and as a responsible employer we want to address the matter properly to avoid similar situations in the future.

As an employee in permanent or temporary position, an apprentice, scholar, fan, parent, player or participent you have the right to report any matters of concern.

This may include any breach of safeguarding protocols, a criminal offence, or something that goes against the values of our club. It may also include a breach of health and safety regulations or situations that pose a threat to life and health.

Retaliation against the reporter is prohibited, and when you report with your own identity, you are entitled to safeguarding protection and complete confidentiality from our safeguarding team

You can also choose to remain anonymous. In that case, you will be assigned a username and password so that you can log in later to communicate with the case handler. You can remain anonymous for as long as you wish. As an anonymous reporter, you can receive your username and password via SMS or email, and it is not possible to trace you afterward. Feel free to use a private email address. Once you feel confident that the employer is handling the matter in a responsible manner, you can arrange a meeting with your case handler.
